Hi! My name is Claire. I am a certified sleep coach, medical doctor and mom to two boys. In my role as a certified sleep coach, I specialize in helping babies and toddlers achieve restful sleep through customized coaching and age-specific plans for families. I am trained in all methods of sleep training and coaching; I strongly believe in finding a tailored solution for your child and family. One that everyone feels good about and most importantly one that ensures everyone get's the sleep they need.
