One on one coaching

This is for you if you are exhausted because your baby doesn't sleep through the night, if you're facing early wakings, if your baby has trouble falling asleep, if you struggle to get your baby to nap and if you feel you and your baby both deserve more quality sleep to be well rested and enjoy your days together!

This includes a thorough intake, a personal sleep plan, a call to go over the sleep plan and set you up for success, evaluating of your sleep logs, access to me for 2 weeks via email and WhatsApp for more urgent matters. And after that access to me through email for at least 6 months to ensure your baby keeps sleeping great!

Tailored sleep plan

If you're facing sleep challenges with your baby or toddler, such as early wakings, trouble getting those much needed naps in or difficulties in settling down at night, a tailored sleep plan could be the solution you need. This plan is designed for parents who prefer to implement strategies independently without hands-on daily coaching. After completing a comprehensive digital intake, you will receive a detailed sleep plan that includes practical tips and contingency strategies for those moments when things don’t go as expected. With this personalized approach, you can work towards achieving restful nights for your little one.

Age appropriate guides and routines

Establishing a consistent daily routine for your baby or toddler can greatly enhance their wellbeing and overall sleep quality. By following age-appropriate wake windows and schedules, you will be better able to navigate the daily challenges of parenting. These routines include meal times and nap periods which help children feel secure and understand what to expect throughout the day. By incorporating these example routines, you can create a balanced and enriching environment that promotes healthy habits for your baby or toddler, ensuring they thrive both during the day and at night.
